Our Protection Tools
Deposit Limit Setting
Set your own limit on how much money you deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately, and increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period.
Time Limits and Session Timer
Decide in advance how long you will play each session. When the set time is up, the platform will automatically alert you and can close your session if needed.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break, you can close your account for a set period or permanently. While self-exclusion is active, no login or transactions will be possible.
Activity History Review
You can view your betting history and the details of your deposits and withdrawals at any time. Being aware of your own habits is the first step in responsible gaming.
24/7 Support Service
For any problem or concern, our Bengali-speaking live chat support is available around the clock, day and night. Our team is trained and capable of providing compassionate assistance.
Account Cool-Off
For a temporary break, you can put your account on a "cooling off" period for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this time, betting features are paused while your account remains active.

Detailed Guidelines
🏦 How Deposit Limits Work
The minimum deposit amount at kg999app is ৳100. You can set a maximum deposit limit for yourself on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. However, to increase a limit, you must wait 24 hours or more — this is intentional, to prevent spur-of-the-moment budget increases.
🚷 Self-Exclusion in Detail
Self-exclusion is a powerful tool that lets you block your own access to your account. Options are available for a limited period (7 days to 6 months) or for permanent exclusion. For permanent exclusion, a strict verification process must be followed to reactivate the account.
⌚ The Importance of Time Limits
Playing for long stretches creates mental fatigue and weakens your ability to make decisions. Use the session timer on kg999app to stay in control of your time. You will receive a warning before your set time runs out, and there is also an option to be logged out automatically when time is up.
👨👩👧 Family Protection
If you are concerned about a family member's gambling habits, contact our support team directly. We are able to offer advice in confidence and can assist with an account review if needed.
